Organic products
Today, many people talk about the naturalness of their desserts. However, truly natural desserts cannot be stored for up to 5 days. The shelf life of our products is only 12-36 hours. It is the best confirmation of their being organic.
Unlike industrial bread production, it takes up to 20 hours to knead and bake the bread. It is a method of prolonged fermentation at low temperatures, where the dough is left to rise slowly and take in flavours and aroma.
Quality
We do not use margarine or palm oil, we use only 82.9% fat butter. All other ingredients are exclusively organic. Our flour is high in protein and gluten, which makes bread not only delicious, but also healthy. We source it from the best local producers. For the French product line (Monge and Poilane bread), we import flour from France.
